The Ketogenic Diet link took me to Mathewsfriends web site. Although I like to keep to the spirit of this blog I am sure that this site fits well into the subject. However I do not care. ALL I want is for you to read Alice's Story, if nothing else it will make you realise that Hope and Determination can be a lifeline and the way to a happier life.
